Family Recovery Coalition (FRC) is a collaboration of non-prfit social service agencies serving Kansas City families. CRN worked with them to create the web-based client-care software, Community CareLink, that allows a person in need to contact any of the agencies and find an "open door" to all of them.
Community CareLink helps the family access the right services quickly (wait-time has been reduced from 46 to 4 days) and they only need to tell their story once. It benefits the agency by streamlining their procedures, giving them more time to focus on the family. We've recently enhanced our software to include a Children's eFile along with Program and Services Entry. |
