Community CareLink, a web-based client-care software, that allows a person in need to contact any of the agencies and find an "open door" to all of them. COMBAT Connections is a collaboration of non-prfit social service agencies serving Kansas City families.
Community CareLink helps the family access the right services quickly (wait-time has been reduced from 46 to 4 days) and they only need to tell their story once. It benefits the agency by streamlining their procedures, giving them more time to focus on the family. We've recently enhanced our software to include a Children's eFile along with Program and Services Entry. |
